Justin's 425lb Deadlift and 310lb Squat:
2 PR's Last Night!! Squat = 310! Deadlift = 425!! Body weight = 172 I'm still kind of shocked that this happened! I never test my 1 rep max, so my Squat was a 60 pound PR, and my Deadlift was an 85 pound PR! One year ago, I couldn't have even dreamed of lifting 400 pounds... There is no better feeling on earth than setting a big, hairy, audacious goal and accomplishing it! Hard work pays off!! On Cloud 9 today, feeling like a superhuman!! Hahaha I hope this inspires someone out there to keep trying!!
